DASH Landlord Accreditation is always striving to improve, respond to stakeholder feedback and provide excellent customer service.
As such our DASH Services - Scheme Manual document is being reviewed and updated
As part of the consultation process we are eager to hear the views of as many interested parties as possible.
We would like to invite all stakeholders to be a part of this feedback process.

As you will see we have tried to make the document more user friendly, put in writing more clearly the processes involved however the text in yellow are the substantial changes which we would like to draw your particular attention to

Once all the feedback has been received it will be collated and then discussed & finalised at the next DASH ‘Accreditation and Appeals Panel' meeting which will aims to meet on 27th November 2023
