Following a successful first conference in 2025, this year’s event will focus on the real-world implications of the Renters’ Rights reforms, almost six months after they came into force. Our speakers and guests will be able to offer practical guidance and information to help you gain a deeper understanding of how recent legislation is reshaping the private rented sector.
We’re very pleased to announce that David Smith, an expert on housing law, is joining us again as Keynote Speaker along with a host of speakers with specialist knowledge who will take part in workshops throughout the day, and exhibitors of interest to landlords and housing professionals.

The cost to attend this event is just £10 which includes refreshments and snacks. Last year, we were oversubscribed so please book your place early to get the latest up-to-date practical advice.
Registration opens at 09:00 with the opportunity to network and visit our exhibitors' stands before the conference commences at 10:00. The conference will close at 16:00.
Complimentary parking will be available on site on the day although we highly recommend car sharing as this is such a large event.
