Exciting news from DASH Services - DASH will be hosting the East Midlands 2025 Housing Conference for Landlords and agents at the East Midlands Conference Centre on Friday 21st November.
This event is designed to provide critical updates and practical guidance on the Renters’ Rights Act, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and other pressing topics affecting private rented sector Landlords businesses.
We are delighted to confirm our guest speaker will be David Smith, Partner at Spector, Constant and Williams. Many of you will recognise David from Linked In where he is a regular contributor, he will take us through all aspects of the upcoming Renters’ Rights Act and take questions from the floor.
