Proposed Increase in Court fees for Landlords
An increase in court fees for landlords is being considered by Government.
The fees for procession claims are currently £280 or £250 when using the Possession Claims Online Service (PCOS) and last year, you may recall from our blog, that they were increased quite substantially.
Well it is being proposed that there will be further increase in fees – this time by further £75 Many landlords are not happy about this additional increase and Central Government have put together a consultation paper asking landlords to answer a range of questions about the increase and the impact it may have on the rental market.
