• The fitting of proper door and window security, and tenants have the correct keys and know how to use them
• Ensure intruder alarms are in working order and your tenants have the codes and know how to use it
• Gates and fences are in good repair and working correctly
• Security lighting to the front and rear of the property is in good working order
• Ensure your tenants know about and use the security measures within the property
