The Oct issue of EMPO’s ‘Private Sector Landlord’ magazine is now out.

This month it was good to see a familiar face on page 16 – Raj Beri ‘The Secret of my Success.’

Raj has been an accredited landlord for some time and was the former Notts/Derby NLA so he certainly takes a keen interest in the private sector market so defiantly worth a read.

Some interested Q&A’s at the back of the publication which is a great way to appreciate that all landlords experience issues and hopefully we can all learn from each other.
