This week saw the first DASH online student landlord forum in partnership with Northampton University, the Police and Northampton Borough Council – if you missed you can watch again by using the following link:
During the session the University commented that they had developed some short cleaning videos for their Halls of residence students which they offered to share with us:

As you can see the videos are short and sweet but designed to gently nudge the students in the right direction & maybe of use in your HMO.
Chris Stopford from NBC also talked about putting up a self-isolation poster within your HMO and here is the weblink to access that resource:
Chris also advised that any landlord who has a COVID-19 outbreak in their HMO can report it to the council via their generic email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Stg Lorna Clarke gave an update on the work her team, which is based at the University, are doing to prevent and tackle any COVID-19 breaches & ASB in the student community.
