Boston Council's Proposed Discretionary Licensing Scheme for the Private Rented Sector
As some DASH may already be aware Boston Borough Council have published details of their proposed Discretionary Licensing Scheme for the Private Rented Sector - http://www.boston.gov.uk/CHttpHandler.ashx?id=10118&p=0
DASH has been invited to respond to this consultation and we intend to response on behalf of our members. So as either a landlord in Boston or a potential Lincolnshire property investor or indeed someone who has had experience in the sector, we would be grateful if you could complete DASH's short, 10 question survey by following this link:
In order to meet the deadlines the council have set out please could you complete the DASH survey by Friday 10th January.
The survey enables you to comment, rather than just answer “yes or no”. However, if you would like to make any additional comments, please email them to me by the same date. All comments will be taken into account in our response to Boston Borough Council.
