The Local Government Association (LGA) is currently working with Derby Council to tackle homelessness and issues within the Private Rented Sector.

Mel Cant, LGA Advisor, will be holding a focus group to listen to landlords who would like to discuss issues within the sector.

The Focus Group will be held at Nottingham Voluntary Action Centre, Mansfield Road on the 20th of November from 2pm-4pm. If you are interested, please contact Mel directly at mel.cant@btinternet.com

Please help the Council to prevent and facilitate homelessness

The Local Government Association have developed a questionnaire to help improve the relationship between PRS landlords and the Council. Filling in the questionnaire will provide them with information to develop homelessness prevention and provide suitable housing solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of both parties.
