Have you paid too much Stamp Duty when purchasing property?
It is estimated that £2bn is overpaid each year in stamp duty alone.
Andrew Punter of Cornerstones will explain how solicitors and conveyancers often do not fully understand how to correctly calculate and minimise this tax by claiming eligible reliefs as appropriate. Furthermore, he will detail how you can check if you overpaid stamp duty and, if so, how you may be able to claim it back.

Significant legislation changes continue to come into force for private landlords. Don will cover these changes in full outlining best practice to ensure compliance plus will also a look ahead to possible further legislation in the pipeline and their implications.
