A landlord forum will take place this month to help answer South Kesteven property owners' queries.
The free event – on Tuesday, September 27, from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham – gives property professionals the chance to hear what fellow landlords are doing, ask questions and share experiences.
Speakers will include Carly Saunt from Decent and Safe Homes, Don Robbie from the National Landlords’ Association, Mark Richardson from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue and Mould Doctor Graham Stark.
Free refreshments will be available to all attendees including a breakfast bacon bap.

Lincolnshire Landlord & Letting Agent Expo
The 2016 Expo will be held at The Bentley Hotel, Newark Road, Lincoln LN6 9NH.
This free visitor event is targeted at residential landlords, letting agents and property investors. The Expo will include over 40 Exhibitors including Local Authorities and an action packed seminar timetable, plus a free landlord networking buffet lunch event.
