The University of Derby Studnet Living team, Unipol Student Homes and DASH Landlord Accreditation are coming together on 28th February for a Student Landlord online information session.

Dear Landlord,

You may be aware there have been some recent changes in the housing market. The Renters (Reform) Bill is potentially the biggest change in housing legislation we have seen so we are keen to keep as up to date as possible.

We would therefore like to invite you to an online event to discuss these changes as well as some day to day changes in operation.

We will be joined by Linda Cobb who oversees the DASH Landlord Accreditation & Victoria Tolmie-Loverseed from Unipol Student Homes who will be discussing a number of potential changes that could affect the private housing market in particular the draft agenda will cover:
