Landlords with rental properties in Portsmouth are invited to Portsmouth City Council, on 29 April for a new online webinar on the Renters’ Rights Act.

During the one-hour session Linda Cobb OBE from DASH Services & Osai Joseph from the NRLA will cover:

• The structure and intent of the Renters’ Rights Act
• What it means for you
• Key deadlines and practical next steps
• Where to find support, training and ongoing guidance

The webinar will be recorded and shared on the Council’s website. You won’t be on camera, but you can submit anonymous questions through the Q&A. If all your questions don’t get answered during the session, where possible written answers will be shared alongside the recording.
