Join the University as they recognise and celebrate the outstanding private property providers who offer high-quality student accommodation in Loughborough. This is an excellent chance to highlight best practices and acknowledge landlords and agents committed to maintaining excellent housing standards.

Exclusive Landlord Information Event

The Renters’ Rights Bill is starting its journey through the house of Lords before announcements will be made on how and when it is going to become law.

This change in legislation will have the biggest effect on private Landlords, but it will also have far-reaching impacts on other accommodation providers by changing parts of the Tenants Fees Act. Furthermore, when the legislation is brought into effect, it will change all existing tenancies.

Industry experts will deliver a presentation on what is included in the new Renters Rights Bill and specifically it’s impact for Students Landlords.

There will also be the opportunity for you to visit a range of information stalls run by University Departments and Community Partners who provide services that are of interest to Landlords and accommodation providers.
