If you own property or live in Gedling Borough, you may already know about the Gedling Borough Council’s public consultation into a new Selective Licensing scheme which is ongoing until 10th March 2024 - Selective Licensing in Netherfield - Gedling Borough Council

The Council has arranged a consultation briefing for landlords and managing agents to explain the evidence supporting the proposal and reasons why the Council is considering introducing licensing of all private rented accommodation in the Netherfield ward.

The consultation briefing is on Wednesday 28^th February 2024 at 12.30pm online via a Microsoft Teams live event.
