Training for Landlords and Agents
The Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) was developed as a component of the Housing Act 2004 to replace the Fitness Standard. It has been in force since 2006 but has been given more bite due to the introduction of the Housing (Fitness for Habitation) Act 2018.

The course will help landlords and agents come to terms with the practical application and implications of the Housing (Fitness for Habitation) Act 2018 and the HHSRS.
