The Nottingham Standard is the over-arching standard for accreditation in Nottingham City.

There are two routes in which a landlord can achieve the Nottingham Standard kitemark –

·         Landlords who let to students apply to gain the Nottingham Standard by joining Unipol Accreditation

·         Non-Student landlords apply to gain the Nottingham Standard by joining DASH Landlord Accreditation

If you are a landlord in Nottingham City and wish to carry the ‘Nottingham Standard’ via DASH Landlord Accreditation or Unipol Student Homes then from 1st February 2018 there will be fee. 

Via DASH landlord Accreditation the fee for the ‘Nottingham Standard’ will be:

• 1 – 5 properties                     £95

• 6 – 11 properties                   £160

• 12 – 29 properties                 £380

• 30 – 39 properties                 £500

• 40+ properties                      price on application

Accreditation will last up to 3 years and the fee is non-refundable.
