Increasing scrutiny from government and third-party groups mean that organisations need to change the way they address these issues

DASH Services offer a half day course exploring the causes of damp and mould, the health effects on residents and practical solutions available to housing providers.

This course is designed for Local Authority Officers & Housing Association staff and will benefit managers responsible for staff who assess properties, housing officers

Course delivery

The course can be delivered on site or via the ZOOM platform and includes work exercises to help cement learning outcomes

Certification

Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance from DASH. This course provides evidence that a delegate has attended training and has demonstrated an acceptable understanding through their participation in course discussions.
