The speaker will be Gary Callaghan who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field having worked on the Government’s guidance documents ‘Fire Safety Risk Assessment – Sleeping Accommodation’; for the common areas of HMO’s, and the LACoRS best practice guide: ‘Housing – Fire Safety’
Gary has worked with ‘Homestamp’ since its inception in 2000. ‘Homestamp’ based in the West Midlands , much like DASH Services, is a partnership consortium with an interest in private sector housing comprising of Local Authorities, the Private Rented Sector, Police and Fire Services.
