Covid-19 resources for shared accommodation
The Public Health Division of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing at Lincolnshire County Council have put together some resources to highlight the risks of the spread of Covid-19 associated with shared accommodation which might be of use to help get across the key messages and mitigation measures to both landlords and tenants.
Whilst they will be of use to all Houses in Multiple Occupation generally they might also assist with the return of students to educational settings. They can be used in halls of residence but also printed and placed in private student rentals and any other suitable communications that landlords may have with tenants or students such as social media, emails or letters.
Landlords play a vital role in helping to prevent the spread of the virus by providing advice to their tenants, particularly those in shared accommodation.
